You may browse this website for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the content for unlawful purposes.
Our products and services provide AI-powered analysis intended as a supporting tool for decision-making. Results are provided "as is", without guarantee of accuracy, and actual outcomes may differ from the analysis provided. Results should be used alongside your own professional judgment rather than as the sole basis for decisions.
Our hardware products (such as the Grading Box) may be made available under one of two models: (a) a combined hardware-and-software subscription, where both the hardware and software are provided to you on a recurring (SaaS) basis, or (b) an outright sale of the hardware, combined with a separate ongoing software subscription (SaaS) for the accompanying software and web application. The applicable model, together with specific commercial terms, is set out in the order or agreement for your specific purchase or subscription.
All content on this website — including text, logos, photos, code, and software — is the property of Cocoa Insights B.V. and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of our physical hardware depends on the commercial model agreed with you: where hardware is provided under a subscription arrangement, it remains the property of Cocoa Insights B.V. at all times; where hardware is sold outright, ownership of the hardware itself transfers to you upon full payment, subject to the specific terms of your order.
The design of our hardware, the methods and processes we use (including how products are inspected, positioned, or processed), and their underlying development, are the subject of one or more pending patent applications ("patent pending") filed by Cocoa Insights B.V. No license or right is granted, whether through use of our website, products, or Services, to use, replicate, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit this patented or patent-pending technology. Where hardware is sold to you, this sale covers the physical unit only and does not include or imply any license to the underlying patented device, method, or process — you may use the unit you purchased for its intended purpose, but you do not acquire any right to manufacture, replicate, or otherwise exploit the patented or patent-pending invention itself.
Regardless of whether the accompanying hardware is subscribed to or purchased outright, the software — whether embedded in a physical device (such as the Grading Box) or provided as a web application — always remains under the management and ownership of Cocoa Insights B.V., and is made available to you only through an ongoing software subscription (SaaS). Customers are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use this software as part of using our products and services, for their own internal business purposes. No ownership, source code, or further rights are transferred. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the software, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. This right to use ends when your subscription or use of the relevant product or service ends.
To the extent permitted by law, Cocoa Insights B.V. accepts no liability whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, for damages arising from the use of our website, products, or Services.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
